Customer.io is seeking a People Partner to support our global team. This role is ideal for an HR professional with a few years of experience looking to deepen their impact as a strategic partner to the business. You will leverage data analytics, change management, and industry knowledge to enhance organizational agility and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Alignment: Partner with departmental leaders to develop plans that support growth and organizational capabilities.
- Performance Management: Own end-to-end review cycles, guide compensation decisions, and coach managers on talent development.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance on day-to-day concerns with fairness and sound judgment.
- Organizational Development: Assess team structures and implement improvements.
- Change Management: Support organizational change efforts and build change-readiness.
- Data Analysis: Review People metrics to identify trends and drive informed decision-making.
- Engagement & Programs: Roll out engagement initiatives and develop programs that foster employee growth.
What We’re Looking For
- HR Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR/People experience, ideally as an HRBP or People Partner.
- Strategic Foundation: Depth in organizational design, change management, DEIB, and performance management.
- Data-Driven: Strong foundation in using People analytics to diagnose issues and drive decisions.
- Business Acumen: Ability to align performance objectives with business outcomes.
- Communication: Excellent presentation skills with the ability to build trust across a global, cross-functional environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $100k - $130k USD (subject to market rate adjustment).
