About the Role

We are looking for a Senior GTM Recruiter to join our team. This is a full life-cycle role with a heavy emphasis on sourcing. You will build candidate lists, run targeted outreach, and engage passive talent in Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Business Operations. We are looking for someone who can go deep on a well-defined set of roles rather than managing high-volume, wide-net recruiting.

What You'll Do

• Source and Engage: Personally identify and engage passive GTM candidates who are not actively searching.
• Strategic Search: Run targeted search strategies for hard-to-fill roles rather than high-volume requisition loads.
• Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the end-to-end process from initial outreach through offer and close.
• Hiring Partnership: Partner with GTM hiring managers to define profiles, calibrate market expectations, and adjust strategies in real-time.
• Candidate Experience: Deliver a high-touch, high-quality experience throughout the interview process.
• Market Insight: Provide data-driven insights on GTM talent availability and compensation.
• AI Integration: Utilize AI tools to sharpen search strategies and accelerate sourcing research.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with 3+ years specifically in GTM roles (Sales, CX, Marketing, or RevOps).
• Proven track record of personally sourcing and closing the majority of your hires through outbound outreach.
• Experience managing 10+ concurrent GTM searches at a time.
• Deep GTM business acumen and the ability to speak concretely about functional requirements.
• Regular, self-directed use of AI tools to improve sourcing workflows and search strategies.
• Ability to operate as an individual contributor without direct reports.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $142,000 - $170,000 USD (depending on experience).
