Role Overview
Deepgram Inc. is seeking a dedicated and technically minded Infrastructure Partner Director to manage relationships with hardware and cloud infrastructure partners critical to Deepgram’s deployment flexibility and performance. This role focuses on technical integrations and joint go-to-market motions to drive measurable revenue growth.
Key Partners
- HPE, Dell, NVIDIA, Groq, Cloudflare, and their related ecosystems (excludes AWS and GCP).
What You’ll Do
- Manage relationships with hardware and cloud infrastructure partners.
- Drive technical integrations, joint solution architecture, and co-engineering initiatives with partners.
- Identify joint go-to-market motions with infrastructure sales teams to expand co-sell opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with partners through regular communication to define value propositions and positioning for joint solutions.
- Monitor and report on the progress of joint solution development timelines and infrastructure integrations.
- Participate in partner and customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations to help close OEM/resale and referral deals.
- Work across the organization to build product partner materials for internal and external audiences.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies that could impact partner infrastructure initiatives.

What You Bring
- Proven track record in partner management, business development, or technical sales roles within the technology or infrastructure industry.
- Demonstrated experience driving technical and business engagement with hardware and cloud infrastructure partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to work across departments to set and achieve goals.
It Would Be Great If You Also Had
- Strong understanding of AI, speech recognition, or related technology domains.
