Company Operating Rhythm

At Deepgram, we expect an AI-first mindset—AI use and comfort aren’t optional, they’re core to how we operate, innovate, and measure performance.

Every team member is expected to actively use and experiment with advanced AI tools, and even build your own into your everyday work. We measure how effectively AI is applied to deliver results, and consistent, creative use of the latest AI capabilities is key to success here. Candidates should be comfortable adopting new models quickly, integrating AI into workflows, and continuously pushing boundaries.

The Role

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Solutions Marketing at Deepgram, you will be our first dedicated solutions marketer. Enterprises don't buy speech models, they buy outcomes: patient intake that never misses a medication name, drive-thrus that get the order right, federal deployments that run air-gapped. You'll translate our platform into the solution narratives, first-call decks, and proof that make those outcomes obvious to buyers, building systems that produce them repeatably.

This role sits within Product Marketing, reports to the Senior Manager of Partner, Customer, and Solutions Marketing, and works closely with marketing and sales. You'll also partner with Applied Engineering and DevRel on demos, Demand Gen on vertical campaigns, and Partner and Customer Marketing on proof and distribution.

What You'll Do

  • Own the solutions bill of materials end-to-end: For each priority use case and vertical, build and maintain the narrative, first-call deck, solution brief, hero demo script, battlecard, proof points, and web copy, refreshed quarterly.
  • Build use-case-first messaging with vertical multipliers: Anchor on what buyers deploy (voice agents for support, clinical documentation, ordering, intake) and layer verticals on top (healthcare and pharma, federal and public sector, financial services, CX and restaurants).
  • Lead the solutions layer of major launches: Own the "what this unlocks for your industry" story, including named accuracy metrics that set the category's standard.
  • Be the voice of the market: Mine sales calls, win-loss data, and usage patterns for messaging evidence; sit in prospect calls; turn deployments into segment proof points with Customer Marketing.
  • Feed demand gen and the field: Hand campaign-ready narratives and landing-page messaging to Demand Gen, package enablement with GTM Enablement, and route solutions content through co-marketing with Partner Marketing.
  • Own competitive positioning: Drive segment positioning against AI-native voice platforms, hyperscaler models, and legacy vendors.
  • Build the solutions content engine: Create a repeatable AI-powered system (intake, production, distribution, measurement) and publish reusable components for peer PMMs to self-serve.

You'll Love This Role If You

  • Have built solutions, portfolio, or vertical marketing programs before and can show tangible work: solution briefs, first-call decks sellers ran with, and plays that moved pipeline.
  • Think of solutions marketing as a revenue function measured in pipeline, win rates, and deal velocity.
  • Go deep on technical products: you run APIs, build simple demos from docs, and hold your own with Product and Engineering.
  • Work AI-first by default: you prototype with AI before you brief and build workflows instead of repeating manual tasks.
  • Can write for a CTO and a CX operations leader in the same week without relying on cookie-cutter templates.
  • Are excited about voice AI and want to define how a category gets bought.

What You Bring

  • 5–7 years of solutions, product, or portfolio marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with at least one technical or API-first product.
  • A portfolio of solutions marketing work to present during the interview (e.g., solution briefs, first-call decks, battlecards, sales plays).
  • Proven use of AI to accelerate workflows, content creation, and program scale.
  • A track record of translating a multi-product portfolio into segment narratives with measurable pipeline or win-rate impact.
  • Hands-on sales enablement experience with proven seller adoption and feedback loops.
  • Fluency in demand generation partnerships and pipeline mechanics.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills that resonate with technical reviewers and enterprise buyers alike.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in voice AI, conversational AI, CCaaS, or speech technology.
  • Background marketing into regulated verticals (healthcare, federal, financial services).
  • Analyst relations exposure or benchmark/named-metric storytelling experience.
  • Public speaking or webinar presenter experience.
  • Track record in high-growth startups building functional systems from scratch.
