The Opportunity
The role of DoiT’s Account Management team is to nurture relationships with existing customers, identify valuable ways to engage further with customers, provide a trusted point of contact for the cloud vendor teams regarding accounts’ growth opportunities, and to retain 100% of DoiT’s existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of our business, our cloud management platform, support, services, and client needs.
- Maintain knowledge, context, and ownership of your assigned customers and own communication with respective vendor teams to show value and revenue growth potential.
- Manage customer-related support escalations to resolution, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate and close long-term commitments with key stakeholders, balancing the requirements of the customer, the vendor, and the company.
- Identify new workload opportunities within customer cloud environments and SaaS solutions.
- Establish a regular cadence with your book of business, balancing strategic enterprise clients and fast-growing emerging accounts.
- Aggregate and provide customer feedback to product and engineering teams to help prioritize deliverables.
- Deliver regular quarterly reviews with customers, tracking active project timelines, projected cloud spending, and feedback on DoiT support.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key cloud providers to ensure alignment on customer engagements.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities within customer cloud environments.
- Work collaboratively with cloud vendor sales representatives on mutual customers.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management supporting the EMEA market.
- 2+ years of experience at a technology company (SaaS, Systems Integrator, Cloud Vendor).
- Experience supporting customers in the AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure ecosystem, or another cloud vendor.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish (additional languages like French are a plus).
- Strong technical skills to engage productively with technical teams and build influential relationships.
- Great operational, administrative, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
- A desire to grow within the organization and continuously broaden your skill sets.
- A great sense of humor and a passion for having fun at work.
