
Location
As Legal Counsel, you will be an integral part of our global legal team. This role is based remotely in the UK or Ireland and covers activities primarily in EMEA, with support in other regions, including APAC, as needed.

The Opportunity
DoiT is seeking an experienced, practical, hands-on, and enthusiastic legal professional to join the Legal Team of a global, high-growth, fast-paced, mission-driven company. This role will be essential in handling commercial negotiations with strategic partners, channel partners, and customers, leading channel partner support activities (including MSP, VAR, distribution, SI, etc.), and advising DoiT on complex legal matters and go-to-market initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements, strategic transactions and partner agreements, license agreements, professional service agreements, and data processing agreements.
- Provide and lead legal support for EMEA commercial teams, including transaction and RFP support.
- Assist in handling other legal matters, which may include product corporate entity support, collections, marketing, and/or litigation matters.
- Handle day-to-day legal inquiries in cooperation with other legal team members and business units.
- Deal with ad hoc legal matters as needed.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate required.
- 7+ years of substantive experience in providing commercial support and legal advice in an international SaaS corporate environment.
- Highly skilled and previous experience in supporting a sales team in a technology company, with SaaS and channel partner program experience required.
- Experience providing support on corporate matters for subsidiaries preferred.
- Commercial mindset: team player with deep experience working with cross-functional departments, a strong understanding of business drivers and sales needs, and the ability to manage risk appropriately.
- Detail-oriented with an ability to organize and work across multiple projects, regions, and time zones.
- Self-driven, resourceful, results- and deadline-oriented with high multi-task proficiency.
- English proficiency; knowledge of any other language is an advantage.
