Role Overview

We are seeking a Solution Developer to join our engineering team. This is a versatile role requiring a mix of full-stack web development, data pipeline engineering, and cloud infrastructure management. You will design, build, and maintain applications involving both user-facing interfaces and complex back-end automation.

The ideal candidate is a technical generalist comfortable working across multiple languages (JavaScript and Python) and eager to adopt new technologies as our stack evolves.

Your Impact

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using Next.js and Node.js.
• Write clean, maintainable Python code for backend services and data processing scripts.
• Build and monitor automated workflows and data pipelines using Airflow and dbt.
• Design and implement secure, scalable RESTful APIs.
• Manage and deploy applications within an AWS environment following cloud best practices.
• Optimize database performance and manage data migrations in Postgres.
• Quickly learn and implement new frameworks or tools based on project requirements.

What You Will Bring

• Frontend/Backend: 5+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript & Node.js, deep understanding of the Next.js framework, and strong experience with API development & integrations.
• Python: Proven experience using Python for application development or data engineering.
• Cloud: Working knowledge of AWS core services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
• Data Tools: Experience in pipeline development, transforming data with dbt and/or workflow tools like n8n, along with task scheduling via Airflow.
• Automation: Experience with workflow automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, or custom solutions).
• Database: Strong SQL skills and experience managing PostgreSQL databases (schema design, complex queries, and performance optimization).
• Version Control: Proficient with Git workflows (branching, PRs, code reviews) and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Adaptability: Ability to switch between different programming languages and technical domains seamlessly.
• Problem-Solving & Learning: Track record of identifying technical bottlenecks, implementing efficient solutions, and proactively learning new tools.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary Range: $110,000 – $125,000 USD + annual bonus
