The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Ops Professional to drive sales strategy, planning, reporting, and analysis for our APJ business, specifically covering India and Japan. You will act as a key partner to sales leadership, driving efficiency and performance across operational and financial metrics.

What You Will Be Doing

• Strategy & Planning: Partner with sales leadership to develop actionable projects that accelerate growth and improve productivity.
• Data Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis on leading and lagging indicators, pipeline health, and sales productivity.
• Operational Support: Manage business cadences, forecast preparation, territory management, and quota assignment.
• Process Improvement: Identify process gaps and implement solutions to remove friction and enhance sales efficiency.
• Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards to provide insights for key stakeholders and executive presentations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work across teams to solve complex problems and deliver projects against operational standards.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Strategy, FP&A, or Management Consulting within a SaaS organization.
• Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems and communicate insights to executive leadership.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly collaborative, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent.
