Senior ServiceNow Developer - Elastic

About the Role

Join our ServiceNow Engineering Team as a Senior ServiceNow Developer. You will play a key role in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with our business goals. We are looking for a technical expert who thrives in an Agile environment and is eager to drive ongoing improvement and innovation.

What You Will Be Doing

• Platform Design: Build across the platform including Flow Designer workflows, business rules, UI policies, and Service Portal / UI Builder experiences spanning ITSM, HRSD, and CMDB.
• Integrations: Build and maintain integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP, and shape how ServiceNow exposes data to other systems.
• AI Implementation: Take Now Assist and Moveworks from pilot into production; configure AI skills and agents, tune against real ticket data, and establish guardrails.
• Quality Assurance: Own the quality of your work through code reviews, unit testing, clean update sets, and annual family upgrades.
• Documentation: Maintain clear documentation to ensure platform maintainability.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience building on ServiceNow.
• Solid JavaScript skills and fluency with the platform data model and Flow Designer.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and OAuth.
• Experience in ITSM plus at least one additional module (HRSD, CMDB/CSDM, ITOM, etc.).
• Clear written and spoken communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience with Moveworks and Now Assist.
