The Role

We are looking for a Senior Analyst of Enterprise Reporting to join our CFO organization. You will be responsible for the consistent availability and reliability of enterprise data assets and key business metrics. This role focuses on end-to-end business intelligence: understanding business questions, shaping data models, building reporting solutions, and driving continuous improvement.

What You Will Be Doing

• Strategic Partnership: Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to define trusted enterprise data sources and performance metrics.
• Project Management: Manage analytics projects from requirements gathering and data transformation to dashboard delivery and stakeholder enablement.
• Data Modeling: Build and improve analytical data models in BigQuery to ensure accuracy, scalability, and performance.
• Reporting: Develop intuitive dashboards in Tableau, Sigma, and other tools to drive actionable business insights.
• Data Governance: Support data certification, metric definition, documentation, and quality monitoring.
• Analysis: Perform quantitative analysis and data mining to identify insights, automation opportunities, and process improvements.

What You Bring

• Experience: 5+ years in business analytics, BI, or data modeling. Experience supporting Finance, Revenue, or Go-to-Market functions is preferred.
• BI Expertise: 4+ years of Tableau experience (dashboard design, measure definition, and maintenance). Experience with Sigma is a plus.
• Technical Skills: 4+ years of SQL experience with BigQuery or similar cloud platforms. Proficiency in dbt and Git is a plus.
• Problem Solving: Ability to translate complex business needs into production-ready data models and reporting solutions.
• Communication: Strong ability to work proficiently with both technical and business partners.
• Mindset: Proactive, self-directed, and open to new tools, including AI-assisted development workflows.
