What is The Role

Join our ServiceNow Engineering Team as a Senior ServiceNow Developer, where you will play a key role in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with our business goals. We’re looking for someone who not only has solid technical skills in ServiceNow but also thrives in an Agile environment and is eager to drive ongoing improvement and innovation. What You Will Be Doing

• Design and build across the platform: Flow Designer workflows, business rules, UI policies, and Service Portal / UI Builder experiences spanning ITSM, HRSD, and CMDB.
• Integrations: Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and the rest of our stack using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP and help shape how ServiceNow exposes its data and actions to other systems.
• AI & Automation: Take Now Assist and Moveworks from pilot into production - configure AI skills and agents, tune them against real ticket data and put sensible guardrails around what they're allowed to do.
• Quality Ownership: Own the quality of your work through code reviews, unit testing, clean update sets, and smooth family upgrades every year.
• Documentation: Document what you build so the next developer doesn't have to reverse-engineer it.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience building on the ServiceNow platform.
• Solid JavaScript skills, plus real fluency with the platform data model and Flow Designer.
• Hands-on integration and automation experience (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, OAuth).
• Experience in ITSM plus at least one more module: HRSD, CMDB/CSDM, ITOM, etc.
• Clear written and spoken communication skills.
• Experience with Moveworks and Now Assist is a huge plus.
