The Role

The Analyst, Strategic Sourcing is an individual contributor reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing in India. You will work closely with global teams in India and North America to lead procurement data analytics, reporting, and system administration.

What You Will Be Doing

• Contract Management: Review Corporate Services and Marketing & Events contracts, ensuring alignment with business needs and risk frameworks in partnership with Legal.
• Sourcing Operations: Create RFP/RFI documents and lead vendor negotiations for non-technology services.
• Spend Management: Manage deals under $100k and tail spend.
• Data & Reporting: Analyze procurement data, create critical metrics reports (Cost Savings, Procurement Influence, Payment Terms), and distribute monthly/quarterly reports.
• Strategy Support: Provide data-driven insights to optimize procurement processes and drive business impact.
• System Administration: Maintain procurement tools, conduct training on dashboards, and lead implementation efforts for new tools or features.
• Collaboration: Partner with Finance, P2P, and IT teams to manage systems and gather cross-functional data.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, or accounting.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Sourcing & Procurement and contract review.
• Strong data analytics and report-building skills (experience with Workday Procurement, Omnea, Coupa, NetSuite, or Tableau is an asset).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter with high integrity.
• Schedule: Must be available for the EMEA shift (1pm to 10pm IST) to align with North American time zones.
