Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and grow relationships with affiliates, ensuring consistent support and communication.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new affiliates to ensure smooth integration into the program.
• Monitor affiliate performance and generate regular reports on traffic, conversions, and ROI.
• Analyze affiliate campaign results to optimize performance and identify scaling opportunities.
• Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners to expand the network.
• Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and implement timely solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to build custom affiliate funnels that maximize conversions.
• Continuously review and refine affiliate management processes for efficiency.

Qualifications

Hard Skills & Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management.
• Proficiency with affiliate marketing platforms and networks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing strategies across diverse channels (SEO, media buying, paid socials, etc.).
• Advanced competence with tools like Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other reporting systems.
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to optimize processes for performance, efficiency, and ROI.
• Perfectly fluent in English with strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Goal-oriented with a doer mindset—able to balance execution, planning, and strategy in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable advertising products based on uncensored models and content (#NSFW).

Bonus Points

• Experience with complex affiliate tracking systems (postback S2S setup, ad servers, etc.).
• Experience handling affiliate disputes, tracking issues, fraud, or volume drops.
• Track record of scaling affiliate programs from mid-size to enterprise level.
• Knowledge of funnel optimization strategies and A/B testing.
• Experience with subscription-based business models.
• Familiarity with fraud prevention techniques.
