About the Role
Fingerprint is looking for a Field & Partner Marketer to join our lean, high-impact marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Field & Partner Marketing, this role is focused primarily on building and scaling Fingerprint’s partner marketing function, with a secondary focus on supporting strategic field marketing execution.
This is a highly visible builder role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, embraces ambiguity, and wants to help shape how a high-growth B2B SaaS company scales its partner ecosystem and GTM strategy. You’ll work cross-functionally with Partnerships, Sales, Demand Generation, and Marketing leadership to launch strategic GTM motions, accelerate pipeline growth, and help build the operational foundation for a scalable, world-class partner marketing program.
Responsibilities
Partner Marketing (70%)
You’ll help build and operationalize Fingerprint’s partner marketing program from the ground up, supporting a focused set of strategic OEM and ecosystem partners while helping establish scalable frameworks, workflows, and enablement processes for long-term growth working hand-in-hand with the Partner Manager.
- Joint GTM Plans: Develop and execute joint GTM plans with a focused set of high-priority OEM partners each quarter, aligned to business priorities and team resourcing.
- Resource Hub: Build and maintain a partner resource hub including brand guidelines, messaging guides, enablement materials, FAQs, campaign assets, and partner-facing collateral.
- Deliverables: Create and manage partner marketing deliverables including launch kits, solution briefs, case studies, campaign-in-a-box assets, webinars, blog posts, and co-marketing materials.
- Operational Frameworks: Build scalable operational frameworks, templates, workflows, and enablement processes to support long-term growth of the Partner Marketing function.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing to align partner GTM priorities, event strategy, pipeline goals, and activation plans.
- Partner Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the Partner team to stay aligned on partner priorities, co-sell opportunities, pipeline health, and strategic initiatives.
- AWS Marketplace: Support and help operationalize Fingerprint’s AWS Marketplace presence, including marketplace listings, co-sell readiness, MDF coordination, and GTM collaboration with AWS and internal stakeholders.
- MDF Management: Help unlock and allocate MDF funds as they become available.
- Ecosystem Presence: Help establish Fingerprint’s presence across partner marketplaces, integration directories, and ecosystem listings, ensuring all content is current, compelling, and on-brand.
- Enablement: Support the planning and coordination of partner enablement sessions in partnership with Sales Enablement and Revenue teams.
- KPI Tracking: Track and report on partner marketing KPIs including influenced pipeline, sourced opportunities, co-marketing campaigns launched, partner engagement, and activation metrics.
- Ecosystem Expansion: Help lay the groundwork for broader Integration Partner and ecosystem marketing expansion ahead of future growth initiatives.
Field Marketing (30%)
- Event Execution: Support execution of regional field events tied to ABM and enterprise pipeline generation strategies, including executive dinners, roundtables, hosted experiences, and partner-enabled events.
- Logistics & Operations: Assist with onsite logistics, vendor coordination, attendee management, and operational execution across conferences, activations, and hosted programs.
- ROI Tracking: Help track and report on event ROI, pipeline influence, sourced opportunities, and engagement metrics.
- Communications: Contribute to pre-event and post-event communications, executive outreach, attendee experiences, and follow-up coordination.
- GTM Alignment: Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue, and Executive Leadership teams to ensure event alignment with broader GTM priorities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4–7 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including experience in partner marketing, alliance marketing, ecosystem marketing, channel marketing, and/or field marketing.
- Co-Marketing Programs: Experience building or supporting partner co-marketing programs including joint campaigns, enablement content, partner events, marketplace listings, MDF programs, and GTM launches.
- Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with OEM, integration, cloud, or technology partner ecosystems; experience with AWS partner programs strongly preferred. Experience at a fraud prevention, identity verification, cybersecurity, fintech, or Enterprise SaaS company is a plus.
- AWS Marketplace: Hands-on familiarity with AWS Marketplace programs, MDF processes, co-sell motions, and partner ecosystem operations strongly preferred.
- Field Marketing: Experience supporting field marketing programs including executive events, ABM activations, conferences, and regional demand generation programs.
- Project Management: Strong project management and operational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create partner-facing collateral, internal enablement materials, presentations, and executive communications.
- Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally across Sales, Partnerships, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Executive Leadership.
- Data-Driven: Data-driven mindset with experience tracking performance metrics, pipeline impact, and campaign effectiveness.
- Adaptability: Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with evolving priorities and a high level of autonomy.
- Travel: Willingness to travel for events, partner meetings, and strategic programs (approximately 20–30%).
