About the Role
As a Health Coach, you will own a caseload of members, guiding them through their health journey. This is a partner role—not a prescriber role—focused on building sustainable habits across nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress. You will coach through a mix of virtual face-to-face sessions and day-to-day messaging.
What You'll Do
- Own the member experience: Guide members from onboarding through their 90-day milestone and beyond.
- Coach live and asynchronously: Run virtual kickoff sessions and provide warm, timely support via messaging.
- Build data-informed plans: Use AI tooling to translate member goals and clinical data into personalized plans.
- Coach the person: Use motivational interviewing and reflective listening to help members find their own path to change.
- Make data useful: Contextualize body composition, bloodwork, and GLP-1 considerations into actionable daily steps.
- Track progress: Celebrate behavior and consistency wins alongside clinical metrics.
What You'll Need
- NBC-HWC Certification: National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (non-negotiable).
- Education: Associate's degree or higher (or equivalent experience-based path).
- Experience: 2+ years of client-facing coaching or training experience.
- Caseload Management: Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining a personal touch.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for both messaging and video sessions.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working across apps, wearables, and data platforms.
- Residency: Must reside in AZ, FL, GA, NC, OH, SC, TN, TX, or UT.
Engagement Details
- Type: 1099 Independent Contractor.
- Compensation: $30–$40 per hour based on experience and credentials.
