About The Position
As a Senior Human Resource Associate within our Regional Shared Service Centre, you will join a fast-growing company and have responsibility for supporting professionals we engage on behalf of our clients. You will assist in the management of back-end HR, payroll, and legal service providers that support the infrastructure of our international entities.
Please note: This is a 9-month fixed-term contract and we are ideally looking for someone who can start immediately.
What You Will Do
- Support key employee life cycle processes such as onboarding of new professionals, data management, absence management, visa renewals, transfers, and offboarding.
- Prepare HR documentation, including employment contracts, amendments, HR policies, benefits and payroll enrollment documentation, country-specific onboarding guides, and employment certificates.
- Organize and maintain employee records via our proprietary platform: input, update, and maintain personal data and process forms related to HR activities.
- Administer benefits on behalf of customers and professionals, collaborating with brokers and insurers.
- Provide payroll data, including time and expense details, to support payroll administration in close coordination with the local payroll provider.
- Carry out audits and checks on data changes to ensure accurate and timely payment for professionals.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes and assist in keeping standard operating procedures and policies up to date.
- Communicate effectively via email and other channels to resolve queries from professionals and customers.
- Ensure service excellence by following established SLAs and SOPs.
- Liaise with G-P partners and vendors, including insurance providers, local service providers, local payroll providers, and pension providers.
- Act as the first point of contact for professionals and customers during onboarding and offboarding.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 2-5 years of HR operations experience (Shared Service Centre experience highly desirable).
- Knowledge: Detailed knowledge of HR procedures and policies; basic knowledge of labor legislation throughout the EMEA region is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in written and verbal English with clear communication abilities.
- MS Office literacy.
- Proactive 'test-and-learn' mindset capable of quickly mastering and deploying new AI features and tools (e.g., Gemini, Notebook LM).
- Strong problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, attention to detail, and time management.
- Collaboration: Ability to work in a culturally diverse international team with flexibility to accommodate different time zones.
