About The Position
As a Senior Human Resource Associate within our Regional Shared Service Centre, you will join a fast-growing company and have responsibility for supporting professionals we engage on behalf of our clients. You will assist in the management of the back-end HR, payroll, and legal service providers that support the infrastructure of our international entities. We are looking for someone with global exposure and experience throughout EMEA, APAC, and AMER.
Please note: This is a 9-month fixed-term contract and we are ideally looking for someone who can start immediately.
What You Will Do
- Support key employee life cycle processes such as onboarding of new professionals, data management, absence management, visa renewals, transfers, and offboarding.
- Prepare HR documentation, including employment contracts, amendments, HR policies, benefits and payroll enrollment documentation, country-specific onboarding guides, and employment/termination certificates.
- Organize and maintain employee records via our proprietary platform: input, update, and maintain personal data, and process various forms related to HR activities.
- Administer benefits on behalf of customers and professionals, including collaboration with brokers and insurers.
- Provide payroll data, including time and expense details, to support payroll administration in close coordination with the payroll team and local payroll providers.
- Carry out audits and checks on data changes to ensure accurate and timely payment for professionals.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes and assist in maintaining standard operating procedures and policies.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with professionals and customers to resolve queries and concerns.
- Ensure service excellence by committing to established SLAs and SOPs.
- Communicate and liaise with G-P partners and vendors (insurance providers, local service providers, local payroll, pension providers) ensuring strong collaboration.
- Serve as the first point of contact for professionals and customers during onboarding and offboarding.
What We Are Looking For
Minimum Requirements
- 2-5 years of HR operations experience (Shared Service Centre experience highly desirable).
- Detailed knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
- Experience working within a Shared Services environment.
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation throughout the EMEA region will be an added advantage.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient in written and verbal English with the ability to articulate clearly and effectively.
- Literacy with MS Office.
- Proactive 'test-and-learn' mindset; capable of quickly mastering and deploying new AI features and platforms (e.g., Gemini, Notebook LM).
- Resourceful, problem-solving abilities focused on identifying and resolving issues effectively.
- Experience in stakeholder management with internal and external partners.
- Strong self-motivation, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a diverse international team.
- Flexibility to accommodate different time zones based on customer and professional needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in handling offboardings.
