This is a 9-month fixed-term contract position, working GMT hours. We are ideally looking for someone who can start immediately.

About The Position

As a Sr Human Resource Associate within our Regional Shared Service Centre, you will join a fast-growing company and be responsible for supporting professionals we engage on behalf of our clients. You will assist in the management of back-end HR, Payroll, and legal service providers that support the infrastructure of our international entities. We are looking for someone with global exposure and experience throughout EMEA.

What You Will Do

  • Support key employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding of new professionals, professionals' data management, absence management, visa renewals, transfers, and offboarding of professionals.
  • Prepare HR documentation, including employment contracts, employment contract amendments, HR policies, benefits enrollment documentation, payroll enrollment documentation, country-specific onboarding guides, employment certificates, and certification of termination.
  • Organize and maintain employee records via our proprietary Platform: input, update, and maintain customer & professional personal data, process various forms related to documenting human resources activities such as new hire, change of status, benefits, terminations, etc.
  • Administer benefits on behalf of customers & professionals, including collaboration with brokers/insurers for professionals’ benefits enrollments.
  • Provide payroll data, including time and expense details, to support payroll administration, working in close coordination with the payroll team and Local Payroll Provider.
  • Carry out audits and checks on data changes to ensure accurate and timely payment for professionals.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes and assist in maintaining standard operating procedures and policies up to date.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with professionals and our customers to explain and resolve queries and concerns (via email and other means of communication).
  • Ensure service excellence by following and committing to established SLAs and SOPs.
  • Communicate and liaise with G-P partners/vendors, including insurance vendors, local service providers, local payroll providers, and pension providers, ensuring strong collaboration and seamless coordination with internal G-P teams.
  • Act as the first point of contact for professionals & customers during the onboarding and offboarding process.

What We Are Looking For

Minimum Requirements

  • 2-5 years of HR operations experience (Shared Service Centre experience desirable).
  • Detailed knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
  • Experience working within a Shared Services environment.
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation throughout the EMEA region.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficient in both written and verbal English with the ability to articulate clearly and effectively in various communication settings.
  • Literacy with MS Office.
  • Possess a proactive 'test-and-learn' mindset; capable of quickly mastering and deploying new AI features and platforms due to the fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated AI literacy with the ability to integrate generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Notebook LM) into daily workflows to increase efficiency and output quality.
  • Resourceful, problem-solving abilities with a focus on identifying and/or resolving issues effectively.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, including building positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrating strong self-motivation, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in an international team composed of team members in different locations and from different cultures and backgrounds.
  • Flexibility to accommodate different time zones based on customer and professional needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in handling offboardings will be an added advantage.
  • Experience working with any of the following countries would be an advantage: Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Hungary, Bulgaria, UK, Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland.
