About The Position

As a Sr Human Resource Associate within our Regional Shared Service Centre, you will join a fast-growing company and be responsible for supporting professionals we engage on behalf of our clients. You will assist in the management of back-end HR, Payroll, and legal service providers that support the infrastructure of our international entities. We are looking for someone with global exposure and experience throughout EMEA.

Please note: This is a 9-month fixed-term contract working GMT hours, and we are ideally looking for someone who can start immediately.

What You Will Do

  • Support key employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, data management, absence management, visa renewals, transfers, and offboarding of professionals.
  • Prepare HR documentation, including employment contracts, amendments, HR policies, benefits enrollment, payroll enrollment, country-specific onboarding guides, and employment/termination certificates.
  • Organize and maintain employee records via our proprietary Platform: input, update, and maintain customer & professional personal data, process various forms related to documenting human resources activities.
  • Administer benefits on behalf of customers & professionals, including collaboration with brokers/insurers for enrollments.
  • Provide payroll data, including time and expense details, to support payroll administration, working closely with the payroll team and Local Payroll Provider.
  • Carry out audits and checks on data changes to ensure accurate and timely payment for professionals.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes and assist in maintaining standard operating procedures and policies.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with professionals and customers to explain and resolve queries and concerns.
  • Ensure service excellence by following established SLAs and SOPs.
  • Communicate and liaise with G-P partners/vendors, including insurance vendors, local service providers, local payroll providers, and pension providers, ensuring strong collaboration and seamless coordination with internal teams.
  • Act as the first point of contact for professionals & customers during the onboarding and offboarding process.

What We Are Looking For

Minimum Requirements

  • 2-5 years of HR operations experience (Shared Service Centre experience desirable).
  • Detailed knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
  • Experience working within a Shared Services environment.
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation throughout the EMEA region.
  • Experience working with any of the following countries would be an advantage: Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Hungary, Bulgaria, UK, Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficient in both written and verbal English with the ability to articulate clearly and effectively.
  • Literacy with MS Office.
  • Possess a proactive 'test-and-learn' mindset; capable of quickly mastering and deploying new AI features and platforms due to the fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated AI literacy with the ability to integrate generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Notebook LM) into daily workflows to increase efficiency and output quality.
  • Resourceful, problem-solving abilities with a focus on identifying and/or resolving issues effectively.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, including building positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrating strong self-motivation, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in an international team composed of team members in different locations and from different cultures and backgrounds.
  • Flexibility to accommodate different time zones based on customer and professional needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in handling offboardings will be an added advantage.
