
About the Role
At GitLab, we’re looking for a Talent Brand Manager to shape how current and prospective team members understand our culture. You will bring our employer value proposition to life through storytelling, recruitment marketing, and candidate experiences that bridge our external reputation with our internal culture.
What You’ll Do
- Messaging: Translate GitLab’s employer value proposition into clear, authentic candidate-facing messaging.
- Campaigns: Deliver integrated talent brand campaigns across social media, careers content, review platforms, and events.
- Storytelling: Curate and develop stories featuring team members, leadership, and the impact of working at GitLab.
- Collaboration: Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring priorities and improve candidate journey touchpoints.
- Data & Analytics: Use metrics and feedback to improve performance and communicate impact.
- Operations: Manage projects and external partners while iterating on processes using technology and AI tools.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in talent brand, employer brand, recruitment marketing, or content strategy.
- Strong storytelling, writing, and editorial judgment across multiple channels.
- Proven ability to plan and deliver campaigns with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Comfort using performance data and audience insights to drive outcomes.
- Ability to influence across functions and work with senior stakeholders.
- Commitment to inclusive, transparent storytelling and alignment with remote-first values.
