Senior PM - Communications

About the Role

Jane is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead Communications. In this role, you will help clinics bridge the gap between their business management and patient communication. You will own problem spaces end-to-end, contributing to existing domains like the Notifications Centre and pioneering net-new areas such as new communication channels and AI-driven workflows.

Jane's AI strategy is deeply integrated into helping solo practitioners and clinics manage high patient volumes and stay responsive. As part of a zero-to-one builder culture, you will take new products from idea to launch alongside a collaborative team of engineers, designers, and cross-functional partners.

What Impact We’re Looking for You to Make

• Own a problem space within Communication from discovery and customer research through to shipping and GTM commercialization.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including support, product marketing, and communications design.
• Work in the details side by side with engineers and designers: refining edge cases, working through trade-offs, testing early prototypes, and iterating.
• Shape how Jane leverages AI in Communications, partnering with teams driving the broader AI strategy.
• Partner with design and engineering leads to define customer problems, expected outcomes, and build a roadmap.
• Solve problems that matter to users, becoming a go-to expert in your space.

What Experience We Need

• 5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS company, including taking a product from 0-to-1.
• Experience leading planning and strategy work, from shaping a longer-term vision to breaking it into clear priorities.
• A track record of shipping products that made a clear difference for customers, using data to guide decisions.
• Experience shipping AI-powered products and features that solve customer problems.
• Experience working with broad partners and building alignment in a fast-moving environment.
• Bonus: Background in communications, healthcare, AI, marketing automation, B2C/SMB products, or regulated environments.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary range: CAD $117,100 to CAD $182,900 (most new hires join at the accomplished stage at CAD $139,000).
