About the Role
Channel Partners play a critical role in accelerating the growth of JumpCloud. This role will be based in the UK and reports to the Manager, EMEA Channel Sales. You will be responsible for managing channel partner relationships in the UK&I and Fr/Benelux territories.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective channel partners.
- Field and route all inbound interest from partners.
- Generate pipeline and strategies for new customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on messaging, marketing, training, campaigns, and events.
- Design and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) plans with partners to achieve or exceed targets.
- Include ISV partners in partnership strategy.
- Assist partners with product positioning, sales strategy, and deal closing.
- Manage deal registration conflicts and ensure partner compliance with programs.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with partner executive teams.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience working with Channel Partners in the EMEA region (focus on UK&I and Fr/Benelux).
- Advanced Professional Fluency in English and French.
- Proven success building revenue-generating partnerships with resellers.
- Experience building partnerships from the ground up.
- Knowledge of security or infrastructure SaaS products.
- Demonstrated success in achieving revenue and growth targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
- Experience in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
- Proficiency with Gong, Impartner, Salesforce, and Apollo.
- Bachelor's degree.
