The Opportunity

• Support the Head of Compliance in approving assets, ensuring the Asset Listing process operates in line with regulatory requirements and that assets are listed correctly
• Manage the policies and procedures inventory
• Oversee the delivery of PGSL’s Compliance Monitoring Plan
• Manage the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) correspondence log and associated regulatory scanning feeds
• Assist in preparing reports for Committee and Board meetings on compliance matters
• Assist in the delivery of the annual PGSL Training Plan
• Assist in the maintenance of PGSL’s AML/CFT Framework
• Collaborate with the Head of Compliance on horizon scanning and the implementation of new regulatory requirements
• Support ongoing compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements
• Assist in managing regulatory inquiries and exams, including document and data retrieval
• Continually seek out and implement efficiencies and process improvements

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in compliance-related business functions
• Significant experience delivering Compliance and AML/CFT plans with precision and speed
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage tight deadlines and key stakeholder relationships
• Practical knowledge of compliance and AML/CFT management techniques
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international regulations, particularly in crypto
• Experience and/or passion for the cryptocurrency industry preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
