Your Mission

As our second IT Ops Engineer, you will shape the future of IT at Mimica. You will move beyond simple maintenance to build secure, scalable, and seamless technology experiences for our global team, ensuring operational excellence across our cloud-native environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Tool Administration: Optimize core tools including JumpCloud, GSuite, Slack, and Notion.
• Device Management: Manage company-issued hardware, ensuring OS configuration and InfoSec compliance.
• Lifecycle Management: Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, managing provisioning and access across SaaS environments.
• Identity & Access: Own IAM and RBAC configurations, conducting periodic access reviews.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve IT issues, including cloud networking (VPCs, firewalls, routing rules) and access permissions.
• Process Improvement: Develop internal documentation, troubleshooting guides, and automate workflows in collaboration with Platform and Security teams.

What You Bring

• Experience supporting cloud-based IT environments and SaaS tools (Google Workspace preferred).
• Hands-on experience with IAM configurations across cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• Strong English communication skills, capable of explaining technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• A service-oriented mindset with a methodical, self-directed approach to problem-solving.
• Basic understanding of cloud networking operations.
