We are seeking an Implementation Specialist - HRS to join our global team. In this role, you will lead the customer onboarding process, configure systems, coordinate projects, and ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Onboarding & Implementation: Lead the onboarding process for new customers from kickoff through implementation completion, guiding them through setup requirements, timelines, and key milestones.
- Account Setup & Configuration: Configure customer accounts, user access, settings, and workflows while performing QA testing and validation to ensure accuracy.
- Project Coordination & Management: Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, tracking progress and proactively communicating status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Customer Communication & Support: Build strong relationships through clear, timely communication, providing guidance throughout implementation and addressing questions promptly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to resolve issues, coordinate activities, and ensure seamless transitions to ongoing support or account management.
- Process Improvement: Contribute ideas to improve onboarding processes and implementation workflows while maintaining accurate documentation and records.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1β3 years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, project coordination, customer success, account management, or technical support.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Technical Skills: Experience working with SaaS platforms, enterprise software, or technology-based solutions preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-centered approach.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality throughout configuration and validation.
- Mindset: Customer-focused and service-oriented with a proactive, self-motivated approach and strong sense of ownership.
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Technology, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and work experience).
Compensation & Benefits
- Anticipated Pay Range: $50,000 Annually USD
