About the Role

The Curation Team turns a broad, global learning marketplace into focused, effective learning experiences for EMEA customers, prospects, and publishers. As a Curation Specialist, you will pair strong marketplace knowledge with a consultative approach to recommend the right content, build curated programs, and help EMEA customers make progress toward their workforce development goals — accounting for the region's language diversity, local compliance needs (including GDPR), and varied working cultures.

What You Will Do

  • Translate the learning goals of EMEA customers and prospects into high-quality course mappings, curated lists, learning paths, and other recommendations that make the OpenSesame marketplace easy to use.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the EMEA Sales and Customer Success teams, bringing marketplace expertise to customer conversations, pre-sales calls, RFPs, and regional presentations.
  • Create reusable programs, resources, documentation, and best practices that enable consistent curation value across EMEA markets at scale.
  • Share marketplace and learning-industry insights relevant to EMEA with internal teams, and contribute to customer-facing resources, webinars, and thought-leadership initiatives.
  • Manage a portfolio of EMEA publisher relationships: act as the primary point of contact, coordinate internal support, share constructive feedback, and identify opportunities to strengthen regional publisher offerings.
  • Surface content gaps, quality issues, and opportunities to improve content discovery — including content localized for regional languages and regulatory requirements.
  • Keep requests, project details, and stakeholder communication organized in team operating systems with clear updates across EMEA time zones.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aligned to team priorities, including curation processes, product experiences, and go-to-market enablement.
  • Overlap working hours with core EMEA business hours.
  • Travel as needed for department and team events (typically less than 10% of your time, up to 15 days per year).
