Role Overview
The Implementation Consultant I is a key member of the Implementation team, contributing to the successful delivery of complex, large-scale enterprise deployments of the PerfectServe platform. In this role, you will work within diverse health systems—including multi-hospital networks and enterprise physician groups—to support full-cycle implementation activities.
This position is designed for consultants who are ready to expand their project ownership, take the lead on defined workstreams within major deployments, and gain expertise across multiple product platforms based on project needs. Flexibility, adaptability, and a growth mindset are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Deployment & Project Leadership
- Lead assigned workstreams within large-scale enterprise implementations, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule and aligned with project goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution across complex environments.
- Support planning and execution of enterprise go-live events, serving as a primary point of contact for designated functional areas.
Client Engagement & Workflow Consulting
- Provide workflow consulting for physician, clinical, and operational teams.
- Educate and register physicians for PerfectServe programs, designing elegant solutions that meet established system-level standards.
- Provide consultation support to physicians with call workflow configuration into the PerfectServe system.
- Develop training programs tailored to large health system audiences and educate new clinical users pre- and post-go-live.
Technical Execution & Integration
- Configure advanced workflows within complex multi-facility systems.
- Work with third-party systems to integrate solutions into the PerfectServe system.
- Conduct testing across devices, platforms, and integrated technologies.
Cross-Platform Training & Skill Development
- Become trained across multiple PerfectServe platforms based on project needs.
- Rapidly acquire new product knowledge for enterprise implementations.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required (engineering or IT-related discipline is ideal but not required).
- Experience: Prior work experience in a customer-facing or other service role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Visio (or Lucidchart), Word, Excel (including functions), and PowerPoint. (Lucidchart will be used extensively).
- Mindset: Embraces change, has a genuine curiosity for healthcare, and works collaboratively with peers.
- Travel: Must travel up to 30% - 50% of the time.
Environment & Physical Requirements
- Requires interaction with people and technology while standing or sitting.
- Must be able to communicate with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Depending on the assignment, may require ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations, or the ability to stand, walk, and lift/carry/move weights of 10 - 25 pounds.
