The Role
The Regional Sales Partner - MidAtlantic is a quota-carrying, territory-owning revenue leader responsible for driving annual bookings sales growth across North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Kentucky. Candidates based in the Carolinas, Tennessee, or Kentucky are strongly preferred.
What You’ll Do
- Revenue & Territory Ownership: Own the MidAtlantic territory across NC, SC, TN, and KY, maintaining 2-3 times pipeline coverage and achieving >100% annual quota attainment.
- Demand Generation & Pipeline Creation: Source 70% of pipeline through outbound activity, generating ~25 qualified meetings per month and $600k-$1M per quarter in additional pipeline.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers, maintaining key relationships across 50 Strategic Districts at any given time.
- Dynamic Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations remotely, at customer locations, and at events tied to district literacy metrics and MTSS outcomes.
- Sales Execution: Independently manage pricing, procurement navigation, proposals, and contracting to achieve a 35% close rate.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain HubSpot accuracy of >95% and deliver accurate weekly forecasts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with pedagogy, marketing, and implementation teams to close complex instructional deals.
- Travel: Travel up to 50% within the assigned territory for client visits and industry events.

Required Education & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in education sales.
- 3+ years of quota-carrying education or enterprise B2B sales experience with a documented record of success.
- Expertise with HubSpot, forecasting tools, structured deal management, and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience navigating complex instructional and compliance-driven deals in the K-12 education space.
Physical Requirements
This is a fully remote role primarily conducted at a computer with video conferencing, document review, and digital collaboration.
