That’s why we built a platform that helps contact centers resolve more requests, proactively identify issues, and improve agent performance with AI-powered conversation intelligence and AI agents that act like your best reps.
Our AI agents handle millions of calls every month for Fortune 500 companies and high-growth innovators. From processing payments to booking appointments and authenticating users, they help customers get what they need instantly, 24/7. Meanwhile, our real-time conversation insights help contact center leaders coach better and improve every interaction.
We’re leading the shift from legacy systems to AI-first service, powered by large language models (LLMs) and designed for enterprise scale, security, and empathy.
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Field and Partner Marketing Manager. This role is critical to help us engage contact center and customer experience leaders in places they go to network and learn, while driving joint co-marketing initiatives with key channel partners. You will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact trade shows, VIP activations, and partner campaigns with the goal of building our brand, expanding partner networks, and driving qualified pipeline for our sales team.
This role reports to the Director of Demand Generation.
What You'll Do
- Drive Quality Pipeline & Revenue: Lead strategy, planning, and execution for high-yield trade shows, conferences, and partner initiatives focused on generating qualified pipeline that closes as won deals.
- Stand-Out Event Experiences: Bring high creativity, innovation, and unique experience design to trade shows and field activations to help Replicant stand out.
- Serve as the Sales & Marketing Bridge: Work in lockstep with Sales and BDR teams by actively listening to field feedback, sharing market findings, and proactively proposing ideas to reach pipeline targets.
- Full-Funnel ABM Mindset: Apply an account-based lens to field execution, collaborating closely across Demand Generation leadership to extend target account programming into field events, build top-of-funnel momentum, and prevent mid-funnel deal stagnation.
- Demand-Focused Partner Marketing: Drive joint co-marketing plays with key channel partners, applying a sharp demand generation lens to market "to and through" partner networks.
- GTM Orchestration, Strategy & Hand-Offs: Own the overall field event strategy, calendar, and budget. Lead end-to-end program briefs, project management, and GTM communications—architecting pre-, during-, and post-event execution plans for seamless BDR/AE follow-up.
- Performance Tracking & RevOps Alignment: Partner closely with RevOps to measure program impact from ideation to post-mortem, utilizing dashboards and evidence-based reporting to track lead progression and SAO conversion.
What You'll Bring
- 6+ years of experience in a field and events marketing role, preferably within a fast-paced B2B technology and SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of holding direct accountability for field-sourced pipeline targets, cost-per-SAO efficiency, and event ROI.
- Demonstrated success co-designing and executing "to and through" joint demand generation programs with channel partners, consultancies, or tech alliances.
- Experience working with external vendors (event agencies, design, event supply chain, and trade show organizers) as well as Revenue teams.
- A proven track record of conceptualizing and executing impactful field marketing events, trade show presences, and conferences.
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and account-based strategy.
- Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a process-first mindset.
- Goal- and data-oriented mindset with deep accountability for program performance and revenue impact.
- Strong strategic thinking paired with the ability to execute quickly and manage project briefs.
- Outstanding communication skills, acting as an empathetic, proactive bridge between Revenue and Marketing teams.
