Senior Product Manager - Seven Starling

Seven Starling is revolutionizing women's behavioral health through our clinically-validated virtual care platform. As a venture-backed, rapidly scaling startup at the forefront of maternal healthcare innovation, we've developed a groundbreaking clinical model that combines specialized therapy, peer support, and medication management to effectively treat perinatal mood disorders.

About the role

We’re hiring for a Senior Product Manager — a strategic, execution-minded builder who will be a core member of our Product team. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the VP of Product and partnering closely with the engineering team and cross-functional roles to design and scale the systems and experiences that power our precision mental health care model.

What you'll do

  • Own our end-to-end product development process, from user research and scoping to execution, QA, and post-launch measurement and iteration
  • Conduct deep user research with patients, clinicians, referring providers, and internal team members to understand their pain points and needs
  • Develop clear, actionable PRDs and prototypes to define product specs and workflows that meet the needs of cross-functional stakeholders
  • Lead product launches, partnering closely with engineering, operations, and clinical leads on training, documentation, and process updates
  • Own the tools that run our patient journey, from third-party survey and communication platforms to EHR templates and automations
  • Use AI tools to accelerate your own work and continuously innovate on how we build as a team
  • Define and monitor success metrics for core tools and services, including data analysis and dashboard creation
  • Partner with our VP of Product and other senior leaders to inform roadmap planning and strategic prioritization

Who you are

  • Senior-level individual contributor (IC) with 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a significant portion in digital health
  • Track record of owning complex, cross-functional products from problem definition to launch
  • Comfortable with ambiguous, early-stage environments
  • Empathetic and systems-oriented — energized by speaking with users and designing scalable backend workflows
  • Actively use AI tools to move faster and excited to continue experimenting with new tools
  • Adept at configuring complex logic within third-party operational tools and EHRs

Must-haves

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2+ years owning core product areas end-to-end
  • Experience building or scaling tech-enabled services in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Comfort using AI tools without ever compromising patient privacy or clinical accuracy
  • Deep empathy for patients, clinicians, and care teams
