Meet Siena
Siena is the Agent of Record for CX, built for consumer brands like Spanx, FIGS, Brooklinen, and Grüns.
It operates as a connected multi-agent stack on top of a shared intelligence layer. These agents sell, support, listen, and handle social and voice interactions across the entire customer journey, transforming every conversation into actionable insights.
The Team
We are a small, fully distributed, global team. We have built leverage into how we work, enabling a team of our size to move with exceptional speed.
We hire athletes. Everyone here owns real outcomes, defaults to writing over meetings, communicates with directness, and acts immediately upon identifying an opportunity. We value low ego, high standards, and a fast pace.

The Role
As a Forward Deployed Product Manager, you will be embedded directly with strategic accounts, owning their deployment outcomes end-to-end while feeding insights back into the platform. You will be the person on the ground who deploys agents, drives automation rates, and translates learnings into product improvements that scale across every customer.
You will be energized by the loop: deploy agents, drive outcomes, identify gaps, build platform improvements, and repeat.
What You'll Do
- Own AI agent outcomes for strategic accounts end-to-end: automation rates, resolution rates, time-to-value.
- Deploy agents, identify blockers, then build platform fixes so the next account benefits.
- Work directly with enterprise CX leaders to design and execute AI transformation roadmaps.
- Turn deployment insights into platform capabilities: your field learnings will shape future product development.
- Build and improve agent capabilities that work across platforms: support, shopping, reviews, voice, social.
- Design evaluation systems: QA suites, automated testing, performance monitoring.
- Run full launch cycles from internal testing to General Availability (GA), including customer enablement, demos, and co-selling alongside sales.
Who You Are
The Bar (Non-negotiable)
- 5+ years in Product Management, Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployment, or Technical Account Ownership.
- AI-native mindset: you live in Claude, Cursor, and build your own workflows proactively.
- You can scope webhooks, OAuth flows, and complex integrations without requiring an engineer to translate.
Strong Signal (Differentiators)
- You have experienced the problems customers are trying to solve firsthand; you understand what great CX looks like from the inside.
- You can diagnose whether a deployment problem is technical, operational, or stakeholder-driven, and prioritize accordingly.
- You are comfortable advising CX leaders on organizational design, process optimization, and transformation strategy.
- You ship features, write documentation, run demos, and measure what matters.
Not a Fit If:
- You prefer to stay behind a roadmap and delegate execution.
- You need an engineer to translate technical requirements before you can scope them.
- You are more comfortable synthesizing feedback than being actively involved in the account day-to-day.
Why Siena?
- Real Ownership: You will own problems, not tasks, with the autonomy to solve them your way and the trust to do it without constant oversight.
- Impactful Work: What you build reaches real consumer brands quickly and makes a difference.
- Category Creation: The Agent of Record is new territory, offering unsolved problems and cutting-edge models in an uncrowded field.
- Respectful Team: A globally distributed, async-first, low-bureaucracy team that hires and treats adults as such.
- Compensation: Great salary plus equity or stock grants, allowing you to own a piece of what you build.
- Learning Budget: We invest in your growth because your development fuels ours.
- AI-Fluency by Default: Few places will push your work with production AI further or faster.
Our Values
The people who thrive here are curious, customer-obsessed, and take ownership proactively. They fix problems first and explain later. They are direct with feedback – both giving and receiving it – prioritizing getting things right over politeness.
They maintain high standards while moving at startup speed and build genuine relationships with teammates, understanding that this fosters great work. When challenges arise, they adapt and persevere.
Our Approach to AI
The people who thrive here treat AI as a natural extension of themselves. They have built their own ecosystem of agents for research, debugging, writing, analysis, or coding. They understand which AI tool is best suited for each problem.
Everyone receives premium accounts (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity Pro, Cursor, Lovable) plus a quarterly budget for new tools. The true value, however, lies in our shared knowledge: demo days showcasing clever workflows, Slack discussions on model performance for specific use cases, and collaborative learning from each other's AI workflows.
At Siena, we seek individuals who want to break boundaries, create the future, and reshape industries. If this resonates with you, we encourage your application.
