As a Senior Product Manager, Platform at Bitwarden, you will own the strategy and execution for how Bitwarden surfaces actionable security insights to admins, security teams, and executives. You will be meticulous about the data model, reporting experience, and the signals that drive user and organizational security posture improvements. This role involves partnering with Design, Engineering, and GTM to build intelligence features that are clear, trustworthy, and drive meaningful action. You will also collaborate with Sales and Solutions Engineering to ensure reporting capabilities accelerate enterprise deals and support compliance requirements, using qualitative customer feedback, usage analytics, and competitive benchmarking to inform roadmap decisions for both SMB admin and enterprise security team needs.
This is an all-remote team, and we are looking for someone located in the U.S. with no preference for time zone. We do not offer visa sponsorship at this time.
Responsibilities
- Own the in-product reporting experience, admin dashboards, health score frameworks, anomaly and risk detection surfaces, and data export capabilities.
- Analyze how competitors like 1Password, Keeper, Okta, and adjacent IAM/PAM vendors approach access reporting, risk signals, and security posture scoring.
- Model the relationship between reporting feature adoption and expansion ARR, retention, and enterprise deal velocity.
- Define and monitor engagement metrics, report generation frequency, and export/integration usage by cohort and segment.
- Support Sales on how Access Intelligence capabilities map to security buyer pain points, including RFP responses and deal-stage demos.
- Share performance metrics, roadmap updates, and intelligence feature wins with leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Use AI tools to accelerate spec writing, competitive analysis, data modeling, and rapid prototyping.
What You Bring to Bitwarden
- 4+ years experience in product management.
- Experience with B2B SaaS products.
- Familiarity with data and analytics product patterns including dashboards, alerting, and exporting.
- Ability to translate complex security concepts into intuitive admin experiences.
- Ability to have technical discussions with engineering around data pipelines, event schemas, and query performance.
- Extremely organized and able to make highly informed prioritization & trade-off decisions with engineering.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A growth mindset and a desire to learn from others.
- Excitement and enthusiasm for open source and for better internet security.
