About the Role

The Spellbook brand team is seeking a designer to help shape how we show up across touchpoints, from sales material to the broader brand system. You’ll be responsible for bringing clarity to information-dense deliverables like decks and one-pagers, and will work collaboratively on generative brand systems to scale output.

We’re a team that cares deeply about iteration and quality, and strive for impact in every project. We don’t operate as a service desk, but as a strategic partner to Product, Marketing, Sales, and leaders across the company. You’ll join a small, focused team of creatives with low ego and high standards. We believe that quality and speed are not opposing forces, but together create conditions to build momentum.

What You'll Do

  • Design sales enablement materials like decks, one-pagers, and templates
  • Work within and contribute to the growth of Spellbook’s brand system
  • Flex across brand surface areas when needed to support campaigns, social, and events
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to move work forward
  • Build generative AI brand tools that increase the speed and quality of brand work across the company
  • Work closely with our Creative Director and other designers, participating in regular critiques
  • Other responsibilities as required

What You Need

  • A portfolio that shows strong skill in editorial layout design of information-dense materials
  • Excellent attention to typography, hierarchy, and composition
  • Proficiency in Figma, the Adobe suite, and other presentation tools like Google Slides
  • Interest in building custom AI tooling to scale brand work
  • Comfort managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • An appetite for collaboration and critique in pursuit of highly crafted, impactful work
