What is transaction enrollment?

Transaction enrollment is the process of registering a provider with a payer to exchange healthcare transactions (e.g., eligibility checks, claims, ERAs). It is currently a highly manual, toilsome process involving faxes, PDFs, and portal logins. Our goal is to automate this end-to-end.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a hands-on individual contributor to own, support, and optimize our transaction enrollment operations. You will build automations, analyze data, and collaborate with product and engineering to reach our goal of processing enrollments with little to no human intervention.

• Systems Thinker: You intuitively understand gaps and can articulate them to product and engineering teams.
• Driven: You are resourceful, self-motivated, and move with urgency.

What you'll do

• Scale the day-to-day operation of Stedi’s transaction enrollment program.
• Establish and improve our enrollment playbook across thousands of payers.
• Interface with customers, intermediaries, and payers to secure approvals and scale operations.
• Manage a content management system of payer-specific enrollment steps.
• Collaborate with product to define requirements for external and internal tooling.
• Define and track performance metrics to drive industry-leading efficiency.
• Troubleshoot enrollment issues and manage customer escalations.
