Our product is a unified litigation platform that enables lawyers and paralegals to safely harness the power of language models and agentic AI throughout the litigation life cycle. Since going to market, we have gained a diverse group of enterprise customers, including some of the biggest law firms and corporations in the country, and we are quickly expanding. By reducing the expense of litigation industry-wide, we aim to improve access to high-quality representation and promote the alignment of legal outcomes with merit.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer to support the team with UX brainstorming and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide design support and UX perspective.
• Audit the product to spot areas where we need to implement the design system and create tickets to drive execution.
• Proactively audit key workflows with an eye towards making them more intuitive.
• Help clean up UX experiences that feel too complex, simplify them, and bring them to fruition in intuitive patterns.
• Implement Design System rules and continue the UX patterns being built in Syllo.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years demonstrating UI/UX experience solving complex products. Before and After case builds are a must.
• Experience understanding types of users and ways to get the users' needs transferred into intuitive workflows.
• Ability to make highly complex workflows intuitive.
• Ability to introduce innovative features/workflows to users in a way that drives adoption.
• Knowledge of UX patterns and deep understanding of navigational solutions to take a user from point A to point B in very complex workflows.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and execute on several projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge and understanding of accessibility.
• Great communication skills, especially communicating concepts and solutions clearly to non-designers.
• Knowledge of AI coding for Design and UX is a plus.
• Constantly upgrading craft knowledge, new tools, new practices, and new systems to continuously improve workflows.
• Organized with time, respectful of meetings and others' time, and highly autonomous in deliveries.
• Strong team player.
• Ability to create wireframes and prototypes in Figma is a plus.
• Knowledge of how to work with already set Design Systems in Figma and replicate them in your work.

Compensation

• Pay Range: $160,000 – $200,000 USD (United States - Remote)
