Role Overview

As a Staff Product Manager, you will play an integral leadership role on our Contracts Product team. You will be responsible for the vision and execution across several key workstreams within our Contracts platform for payers and providers. This position requires expertise in back-office healthcare and reimbursement processes.

What You'll Do

Core Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap and ship features that are reliable, useful, and extensible across stakeholders—from provider reps to payer analysts.
  • Apply deep healthcare subject matter expertise to designing, developing, and pressure-testing solutions.
  • Create and evaluate business cases for features, modules, and products.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers to develop, test, and refine models that enhance contract understanding and surface financial insights.
  • Drive adoption and learning, incorporating user feedback and behavioral data to iterate quickly.
  • Become a go-to expert for the digital transformation and negotiation of healthcare contracting requirements.

Strategic & Collaborative Tasks

  • Obsess over customer feedback to drive product vision.
  • Develop and communicate the vision and roadmap internally and externally.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Product teams to ensure seamless contract execution and compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal SMEs to ensure alignment between contracting terms and revenue realization.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in product management for B2B SaaS workflow tools (contracting, document management, or financial modeling preferred).
  • Deep Managed Care and Revenue Cycle subject matter expertise.
  • Experience in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong aptitude for systems-level thinking.
  • Proven track record of executing B2B product initiatives, specifically incorporating AI or machine learning into manual workflows.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Fluency with legal and compliance requirements in healthcare or technology.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
