About the Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer, Rapid Response Assignment to join our global engineering team. In this hands-on role, you will diagnose and fix complex problems across our platform, ensuring customers stay unblocked. You will work closely with Customer Success to turn technical challenges into durable, high-quality outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Resolve customer-reported issues from investigation through to a durable fix.
• Diagnose complex, ambiguous problems across services and data pipelines.
• Deliver high-quality engineering work that improves platform reliability, performance, and observability.
• Partner with Customer Success to align on technical solutions.
• Maintain backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Participate in incident response and on-call rotations.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience building and scaling backend systems.
• Experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or threat intelligence.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Java.
• Proven ability to root-cause complex production issues.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
• Experience with data pipelines, ETL systems, or high-volume data processing.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-obsessed mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customer reliability, sustaining, support, or escalation engineering.
• Familiarity with CVE, NVD, KEV, or exploit intelligence datasets.
• Experience with streaming systems or real-time data processing.
• Background in high-growth or startup environments.
