Our remote-first team spans across the world, helping companies hire, onboard, and manage talent internationally through smart, flexible workforce solutions.
We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist who is a problem-solver, compliance expert, and trusted HR advisor with a client-centric mindset. While France will be your primary area of expertise, you will also support employment matters across additional European countries, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders in a truly international environment.
Where Responsibility Meets Real Opportunity

- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations by providing expert guidance, maintaining country-specific processes, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions where needed.
- Deliver a high-quality employee and client experience by resolving HR queries, supporting key employment events, and providing practical, business-focused solutions.
- Drive operational excellence through continuous process improvement, standardisation, and optimisation of HR procedures across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Payroll, Finance, Product, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of HR services and scalable solutions.
- Support reporting, audits, HR administration, knowledge management, and strategic projects that contribute to the success and growth of the business.
What It Takes to Make an Impact Here
- 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management, HR Advisory, or a similar client-facing HR role.
- Strong working knowledge of France employment law and HR practices, with the ability to confidently advise and lead on employee lifecycle matters, compliance requirements, and employment-related risks.
- Ability to balance customer needs, compliance requirements, and business objectives in a fast-paced international environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
