About Zenara Health
Zenara Health is a technology-oriented mental healthcare organization building modern software for behavioral-health clinics. Our products include Assess and Zenflow, which support clinical workflows, assessments, care management, and operational delivery.
We are an early-stage startup moving quickly, utilizing AI heavily, and expecting each person to own meaningful outcomes rather than waiting for process to be handed down.
About the Role
We are looking for a Product & Delivery Lead who can turn rough ideas into designed, buildable, and shippable product work. This is a hands-on product role combining experience design with delivery execution.
You will work closely with the founder on product vision and roadmap, with the Head of Engineering on delivery, and with commercial and clinical stakeholders to turn feedback into clear priorities.
Work Schedule & Commitment
- Working Hours: All meetings and live collaboration happen between approximately 6:00 PM and 12:00 AM IST (overlapping US Pacific Time). Attendance in that window is required; remaining work is yours to schedule.
- Commitment: Approximately 50 hours per week.
What You'll Do
- Turn product ideas into sketches, workflows, clickable prototypes, and final UI/UX.
- Own and maintain the product roadmap alongside the founder and commercial team.
- Write detailed requirements with user flows, examples, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Own the active backlog and sprint rhythm in Linear.
- Keep tickets clear, prioritized, and ready for engineering.
- Chase decisions, clarify trade-offs, and prevent delivery bottlenecks.
- Collect customer and commercial feedback and convert it into prioritized product work.
- Review finished work against acceptance criteria before release.
- Leverage AI tools for research, drafting, prototyping, synthesis, and delivery tracking.
- Help define reusable UI patterns and product conventions across Assess and Zenflow.
What We're Looking For
- Strong UI/UX capability with real examples of product flows, prototypes, or shipped interfaces.
- Product management judgment: prioritization, roadmap ownership, trade-offs, and clear decision-making.
- Experience running sprints or delivery for a software engineering team.
- Ability to write clear acceptance criteria with examples and edge cases.
- Comfort working with engineers and translating between customer needs and technical execution.
- Daily use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for research, drafting, prototyping, or planning.
- High ownership, curiosity, and strong communication skills.
Key Tools & Domain
- Tools: Linear, Figma (or similar design/prototyping tools), ChatGPT / Claude
- Domain: Behavioral-health clinical software, Assess, and Zenflow workflows
Nice to Have
- Healthcare, health-tech, or clinical-workflow experience.
- Ability to read basic code or technical documentation.
- Startup experience.
What Success Looks Like
- First 30 Days: Own the active backlog and sprint review, clarify upcoming features with prototypes and acceptance criteria, and set up a simple customer-feedback loop.
- First 90 Days: Own and regularly review the roadmap with the founder, initiate every new feature from your prototype and acceptance criteria, and run sprints without engineering management oversight.
- Long Term: Own product delivery across Assess and Zenflow, improve on-time delivery and user acceptance, and establish reusable design patterns.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive compensation based on experience
- Fully remote work model
- Equipment allowance
- Direct access to the founder and Head of Engineering
- Significant ownership of product direction in an early-stage company
