French Bilingual - Implementation Project Manager

As a Bilingual (French / English) Implementation Project Manager at Absorb, you are the linchpin for our clients, ensuring they grasp the ins and outs of our product and driving a seamless transition to our Learning Management System (LMS). Acting as their main point of contact, project manager, guide, and educator, you will share expert knowledge, offer best practice guidance, troubleshoot implementation hurdles, and oversee complete LMS rollouts.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end software implementation process (average duration of 8 weeks) for new clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Gather and document requirements, confirm project scope, and work with clients to develop achievable timelines and program goals.
• Act as a client partner and liaison for cross-departmental collaboration and resource management.
• Support and implement additional products and integrations such as RESTful APIs, CRM, and HRM integrations.
• Provide in-depth training on our LMS, including customized best practices and workflows.
• Manage a portfolio of concurrent projects while maintaining a high standard of quality.

What You'll Bring

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages (required).
• 4+ years of experience in Client Onboarding, Implementation, or Project Management within software implementations.
• Previous experience in software training or instruction.
• Strong understanding of basic online/SaaS concepts.
• Proven time management skills and a project-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous LMS administration or training experience.
• Knowledge of the adult learning and E-learning industry.
• PMP certification or formal project management background.
• Experience working with data import tools.
