RevOps Engineer - Airtame

Airtame makes wireless screen-sharing devices and cloud management software used in schools and workplaces around the world. We are looking for a RevOps Engineer to own the technical side of our commercial stack, manage CRM operations, and build AI automations that connect sales, support, and product data.

In this role, you will bridge a complex commercial data model encompassing distributors, direct sales reps, and a Shopify e-commerce store. You will report to the Director of Customer Experience & Revenue Operations and work closely with sales, customer experience, marketing, and product teams.

What Success Looks Like (Year 1)

• Own the Commercial Stack: Take over the technical management of our commercial tools, including custom AI tools integrated with Salesforce. Decide how system changes are executed for sales and support requests.
• Send the Right Renewal Message: Build automated email flows with distinct paths for software customer renewals. Ensure monitoring triggers alerts within hours if automated notices fail.
• Make the Numbers Agree: Ensure pipeline, bookings, ARR, renewals, and churn align across all dashboards and AI assistants regardless of sales channel (Shopify, direct, distributor).
• Automate Manual Work: Identify and ship automation projects using sandbox testing. Turn distributor pricing claims into line-item pricing in Salesforce with complete audit trails.
• Bring Support onto Intercom: Assist with or complete the migration from Zendesk to Intercom, then own Intercom’s configuration, Salesforce sync, and customer feedback AI pipelines.

Who You Are

• Salesforce Specialist: A few years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including Flow Builder, permissions, and data modeling. Proficient in SQL and SOQL.
• Problem Solver: You ask "why" before building, evaluate whether processes should be simplified or removed rather than blindly automated, and can manage technical pushback.
• AI & Automation Mindset: You use AI tools daily to write flows and queries. Experience connecting tools via APIs, Python, or JavaScript is a strong plus.
• Systems Ownership: Proven experience managing a CRM or commercial system independently, taking full ownership of broken syncs, documentation, and reporting requests.
