Hi π Iβm Rosalia, and I look after our Product Marketing team at Ashby.
Weβre a growing, tight-knit team working closely with Product, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and leadership. PMM at Ashby means influence, visibility, and ownership β and this role is a chance to get in early on a team with strong internal momentum.
Weβre looking for a Release Marketer who is excited about owning product releases.
What Youβll Do
Release Products and Features
- Own go-to-market planning and execution for feature releases across multiple product lines.
- Work closely with Product Managers to shape value propositions, messaging, and demo strategies.
- Produce polished feature videos for use across social media, the website, and other marketing channels.
- Create assets including blog posts, one-pagers, demo videos, internal launch docs, and enablement materials.
- Turn features into clear customer value through videos, product walkthroughs, and content that make the benefit obvious.
- Partner with other product marketers on larger and bundled launches where support is needed.
Keep the Release Engine Moving
- Serve as a product expert and go-to resource for how features work and how we position to the market.
- Coordinate release promotion with Solutions Engineering, RevOps, Sales, CS & Support teams.
- Own initiatives that keep the whole team informed on product changes, including our product updates newsletter to customers.
- Help maintain our product launch velocity by leveraging AI, automation, and building scalable systems to manage a high volume of releases.
Your Background
We care more about skills and intrinsic capabilities than a specific resume background. You might come from:
- A Solutions Engineer who loves narrative and wants to shape more than just demos
- An Early-stage AE who worked closely with Product
- A Product-minded builder with a technical background and customer empathy
- A GTM specialist with a strong lean for product taste
You Might Be a Fit If You
- Are highly organized and can keep multiple releases, owners, and deadlines moving at once without anything slipping.
- Have an exceptional eye for detail and catch more than just typos.
- Can switch between products and contexts easily, picking up new features quickly.
- Can explain complex features in normal, plain English words.
- Know how to shape a good demo or walkthrough that tells a compelling story.
- Are comfortable owning your own copy and collaborating with design teams.
- Can read a launch plan and anticipate questions from Sales and CS.
- Use first principles thinking to build things from scratch without much direction.
