Senior Lifecycle Programs Strategist - Huntress

About Huntress

Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.

Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.

Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 17M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence.

Role Overview

As the Senior Lifecycle Programs Strategist, you will own the lifecycle operating model for customer and partner growth, turning signals into plays that improve cross-sell performance, recover closed-lost opportunities, and identify where automation can change how work gets done. On the Demand Integration team within Revenue Operations, you will set priorities, make tradeoffs, and turn ambiguous opportunities into clear paths from marketing handoff through Customer Account Management (CAM) execution.

You shape the requirements, operating rhythms, and success measures that keep teams aligned, while the Customer Campaigns and Product Marketing teams own broader campaign strategy, content, and channel plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lifecycle Operating Model: Set and own the lifecycle operating model for customers and partners from marketing handoff through Account Management (CAM) execution, securing stakeholder buy-in and aligning cross-functional priorities.
  • Automation & Process Gaps: Identify, prioritize, and lead high-value automation opportunities across lifecycle execution by diagnosing process gaps, defining requirements, and implementing scalable workflows, routing, and handoffs.
  • Re-Engagement Plays: Own the strategy and execution of re-engagement plays for delayed, stalled, and closed-lost cross-sell/expansion opportunities.
  • Handoff Experience: Establish clear handoff experiences for Account Management and customer-facing roles, ensuring reps know who to engage, why, and what action is expected.
  • Governance & Compliance: Apply consent, opt-in/opt-out, suppression, and contact governance requirements while coordinating outreach timing to avoid conflicting messaging.
  • AI Utilization: Leverage approved AI tools for research, documentation, analysis, and workflow preparation with proper judgment and accuracy verification.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish measurement frameworks for lifecycle performance—including engagement, rep follow-through, conversion, and recovered pipeline—to continuously improve the operating model.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience shaping lifecycle strategy and operating models while remaining hands-on with sequences, workflows, routing, and automation.
  • Demonstrated background designing targeted lifecycle motions across marketing automation, email, CRM, and sales engagement platforms, including audience segmentation.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, cross-sell, expansion, closed-lost recovery, install-base, or partner motions.
  • Working knowledge of email compliance, consent, opt-out requirements, suppression logic, and contact governance.
  • Proficiency working with customer, opportunity, product, and engagement data to build accurate audiences and evaluate performance.
  • Strong strategic judgment, systems thinking, and leadership through influence without relying on formal authority.
  • Ability to use AI tools effectively to optimize daily research, analysis, and workflow tasks.
