At Ashby, we have a unique approach to building products. As a PM, your primary goal is to eliminate frustration and bring delight to our customers. You’ll work with engineers who deeply understand the customer and business problem and own the solution end-to-end. This means that you spend less time writing detailed specs and more time with customers and doing deep product thinking.

Product Areas
We are looking for Product Managers who can own the roadmap and strategy for the following areas:
- Outbound Sourcing: Build a platform enabling teams to hire sourcing agents directly from Ashby.
- Product Platform: Establish the team and own shared building blocks, foundational capabilities, and APIs.
- AI Platform: Own the Ashby Assistant, Ashby MCP, and AI platform used across product surfaces.
(Note: We are also advertising this opening as Staff Product Manager. Both titles describe the same position.)
Your Role
- Drive Impact: Deeply understand customers and ship impactful product improvements to maintain velocity.
- Quality: Apply strong product taste and sound judgment to deliver powerful, delightful solutions.
- Prioritization and Strategy: Maintain a roadmap to ensure engineering is never blocked and set a compelling 6-18 month strategy.
- Customer Research: Spend time with customers and stakeholders to synthesize feedback and drive prioritization.
- Execution Excellence: Set the pace by identifying bottlenecks, scoping effectively, and driving high-impact releases.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with go-to-market teams to inform pricing, marketing, and support.
- Ownership and Reliability: Follow through on commitments and communicate proactively.
