What You'll Do

• Learn to own pipeline creation inside a regional pod in North America, working alongside an AE on a shared target — every lead worked quickly, every account multithreaded, no coverage gap left behind.
• Build outbound skills from the ground up — researching accounts, identifying the right stakeholders, and crafting outreach that earns a reply because it's specific and relevant.
• Qualify with rigor, learning to confirm pain, need, timeline, and authority before booking, so every meeting the pod runs is worth running.
• Work closely with AEs, marketing, and the events team from day one, giving you exposure across the full go-to-market motion.
• Build your own AI workflows, agents, or systems using AI tools that make you measurably faster and better over time.

Expectations & Logistics

• Working Hours: NA hours (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST), fixed, ongoing.
