Sales Operations Analyst - Canonical

About the Role

Canonical is hiring exceptional Revenue Operations analysts to support our global direct, alliance, channel partner, and online sales teams. You will drive continuous improvement in policy, process, and data quality to maximize net customer retention and deliver robust, repeatable revenue management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Support: Manage day-to-day operations for global sales and business development functions.
• Data Integrity: Drive data quality through opportunity auditing, order processing, data cleansing, and reporting.
• Enablement: Support global teams on CRM and revenue operations systems, including Sales Engagement, Training, Data Enrichment, CPQ, and Commissions.
• Analytical Insight: Partner with leadership to report on sales metrics, dashboards, and ad-hoc tasks. Monitor pipeline, velocity, and sales productivity to improve territory and quota management.
• Process Automation: Assist in streamlining the end-to-end Lead-to-Order process.

What We Are Looking For

• Academic Excellence: Exceptional track record from high school and university; degree in STEM or Economics preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience as an analyst in revenue/sales operations, financial analysis, or sales order processing.
• Analytical Mindset: Systematic, data-driven approach with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; comfortable working with stakeholders under commercial pressure.
• Professionalism: Excellent written and spoken English with strong presentation capabilities.
• Flexibility: Ability to travel internationally up to four times a year for company events.
