Taipei Office Administrator - Canonical

About the Role

Canonical is seeking a Taipei Office Administrator to manage our local office and hardware certification lab. You will join our global business services team, ensuring the success of our Taipei operations through proactive management and excellent organizational skills.

What your day will look like

• Create a professional, positive, and welcoming environment for colleagues and guests.
• Proactively manage front-of-house operations, meeting rooms, and desk space.
• Handle clerical, administrative, and logistical tasks, including ordering supplies, office equipment, and processing invoices.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate across teams within the company.

What we are looking for

• Excellent academic background.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
• A responsible, accountable, and self-aware professional.
• Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to grasp existing technical systems and suggest improvements.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Ability to travel up to twice a year for company events (up to two weeks duration).
