Staff GTM Analyst - Close

About Us

Since 2013, we’ve been building a CRM that gets out of your way and helps your team sell more, faster. We are a bootstrapped, profitable, 120-person, 100% remote team building AI-powered sales software.

About the Role

As our first Staff GTM Analyst, you will bridge the gap between complex data and consequential business decisions. You will work alongside GTM leadership to interrogate metrics, trace them through the warehouse, and turn findings into actionable strategies. You will also build the semantic layers and guardrails necessary to enable trustworthy self-service analytics across the organization.

You Are

  • An experienced analyst: Roughly 8 years of highly technical analytics experience with a track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems.
  • A technical bridge: Proficient in dbt and Snowflake, with the ability to translate technical models into business-actionable insights.
  • A GTM expert: Fluent in attribution, channel definitions, UTMs, and common tracking challenges.
  • AI-forward: You leverage AI to automate routine tasks, focusing your expertise on building scalable data systems and semantic layers.
  • A cross-functional leader: You communicate effectively across all levels and functions to drive alignment.
  • Impact-oriented: You prioritize work that materially improves acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue.

You Will

  • Ensure data integrity: Define metrics and model the funnel from first touch through paid conversion across Snowflake, Segment, Amplitude, and GA4.
  • Drive insights: Investigate discrepancies and performance trends to explain the "why" behind business metrics.
  • Support decision-making: Forecast and model tradeoffs to empower leadership.
  • Own outcomes: Shepherd data-driven projects from discovery to implementation.
  • Define the future of data: Transition the team from reactive requests to an automated, agent-assisted insight system.

Benefits

  • Compensation: Competitive pay plus an organization-wide goal-based bonus.
  • Time Off: ~5 weeks of PTO to start, plus a 1-week company-wide Winter Holiday Break and paid US holidays. Earn 2 extra days per year of tenure.
  • Flexible Schedule: Option to choose between a 5-day week or a 4-day week at 80% pay.
  • Parental Leave: Paid leave for primary and secondary caregivers.
  • Sabbatical: 1-month paid sabbatical every 5 years.
  • Healthcare (US): Two medical plans (99% premium coverage), Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, and company-paid Long-Term Disability.
