Data Center DCIM Program Leader - Infrastructure Operations

About the Role

We are seeking a DCIM Program Leader to build, scale, and own our Data Center Infrastructure Management program. This leadership role is part of the Infrastructure Operations organization, responsible for running one of the world's largest cloud networks spanning 330+ cities. You will serve as the single point of ownership for the Nlyte platform, architecting workflow and change management policies to establish a Single Source of Truth (SSOT).

Responsibilities

• Program Ownership: Lead the deployment of CAPEX investments and ensure infrastructure scales ahead of demand.
• Policy Architecture: Design and enforce global DCIM Workflow and Change Management policies (MAC process) ensuring ITIL/ITSM compliance.
• Technical Integration: Manage complex bi-directional API/database integrations between Nlyte and core enterprise systems (ERP, CMDB).
• Capacity Strategy: Partner with capacity planning teams to model resource availability for services like Workers AI and R2.
• Operational Excellence: Drive incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and executive reporting on infrastructure risk and KPIs.
• Leadership: Mentor the DCI Administrator, Analyst, and broader Infrastructure Engineering team members.
• Vendor Management: Oversee third-party vendors and contractors, ensuring accountability for SLAs.

Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years in Infrastructure/Data Center Operations; 4+ years managing a major DCIM platform (Nlyte preferred).
• Technical Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of ITIL v4 (Change and Configuration Management) and ERP asset management.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
• Skills: Strong understanding of data center hardware (servers, storage, networking) and ability to analyze complex data for executive reporting.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to lead cross-functional programs in a high-velocity environment.
