Senior Oracle Procurement Specialist - Cloudflare

About the Role

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Oracle Procurement Specialist to drive the strategy and execution of our global procurement technology ecosystem. You will act as the functional lead for our Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle, bridging the gap between user-centric intake (Zip) and our financial system of record (Oracle Fusion Cloud).

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Process Architecture: Design and optimize global S2P processes, ensuring seamless hand-offs between upstream sourcing (Zip) and downstream purchasing/payables (Oracle).
• Dual-Platform Configuration: Configure complex intake workflows in Zip and manage Requisitioning, Purchasing, and Supplier Portals in Oracle.
• Integration Ecosystem Management: Own the functional health of the Zip-to-Oracle integration, monitoring data flow for POs, requisitions, and supplier master data.
• Strategic Business Partnership: Lead discovery sessions with Legal, Finance, and Global Sourcing to translate business policies into technical logic.
• Data Governance & Compliance: Maintain audit-readiness in Oracle by managing category codes, cost centers, and tax attributes.
• Release Management: Manage quarterly update cycles for both platforms, conducting impact assessments to ensure workflow continuity.
• AI Strategy: Lead the adoption and governance of Oracle’s embedded AI agents, ensuring compliant and efficient automation across the S2P process.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Platform Proficiency: 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement (Self-Service, Purchasing, Supplier Model) and 1+ years with Zip HQ.
• Procurement Expertise: Deep understanding of the S2P lifecycle, including 3-way matching, Encumbrance Accounting, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
• Integration Fluency: Proven experience managing API-based integrations between intake tools and Tier-1 ERPs.
• Systems Thinking: Ability to map complex cross-functional processes and understand downstream impacts on the General Ledger and AP.
• Technical Standards: Experience establishing governance for system changes in live production environments.
• Bonus Qualifications: Experience with Oracle Global Trade Management, third-party tools (Ironclad, Navan), Data Center Infrastructure, and AI Agent Studio.
